BANN 2009 Annual Conference Friday 9th - Saturday 10th October

BANN's annual conference has a reputation for delivering imaginative conference programmes that are educationally stimulating and an opportunity for nursing academics, researchers, practitioners and students to learn and to share from each other. The 2009 annual conference was organised and hosted by BANN and the Greater Manchester Neuroscience Centre, Salford Royal Foundation NHS Trust, Salford in collaboration with the School of Nursing & Midwifery University of Salford.
The 2-day National Neuroscience Nursing conference offered opportunities for neuroscience nurses, whether they are a novice or highly experienced, to enhance their care delivery, health outcomes and professional career with knowledge, information and networking.

The Society was founded in 1971 at Manchester Royal Infirmary as the British Society of Neurosurgical Nurses (BSNN).  The Society changed its name to the British Association of Neuroscience Nurses (BANN) in 1998. Our Equality & Diversity statement »
