Conference Registration includes the following if included in your selected package:

Delegates:

• Access (Entry) to all conference sessions, posters, and exhibition area
• On-line access to conference page including abstracts, conference programme.   
• 3 Coffee/tea breaks and Lunch on the conference days
• Certificate of attendance

Friday  4^th October Drinks Reception and Gala Dinner: Copthorne Hotel   

• Drinks reception
• Three-course set served dinner including wine
•  Bar and entertainment

Payments for events must be made within 30 days of the registration form being completed, failure to do this may result in places being cancelled.

Refund/Cancellation Policy:

• All cancellations must be sent in writing via e-mail to bannconferences@gmail.com
• Any cancellations prior to 35 days before the event will be refunded in full minus a £5 administration fee per registration.  
• Any cancellations within 35 days of the event are non-refundable.  
• Refunds will be processed within 2 weeks following the conference if applicable.
• A change of name for an attendee can be made up until the day before the conference.

Note: The Refund and Cancellations Policy is not applicable if the conference is postponed due to natural disasters or unpredictable activities beyond BANN’s control including without limitation, natural disasters, sabotage, accident, trade or industrial disputes, or terrorism.  BANN will provide an opportunity for the registered delegates to transfer their registration fees and accommodation charges to a future conference.

Terms and Conditions

By registering for the conference, you hereby agree to the terms and conditions:

• BANN reserves the right to make alterations to the programme, at any time without prior notice.
• During the BANN conference photographs and recordings may be taken for marketing purposes by BANN, event hosts, and third-party sponsors. If you prefer not to be photographed, then please make this known to a BANN committee member.
• BANN is not responsible for any loss or damage because of substitution, alteration, postponement, or cancellation of an event due to causes beyond its control including without limitation: natural disasters, sabotage, accident, trade or industrial disputes, or terrorism.   
• BANN reserves the right and holds the sole discretion to cancel the conference at any time in the case of unavoidable and unforeseeable circumstances. BANN will have no further liability to the delegates.
• In the event of cancellation, BANN will use all reasonable methods of communication (such as posting the news of cancellation on the BANN website and social media) to alert those who have registered to attend.
• Delegates are responsible for checking this information prior to the event. BANN advised all delegates to regularly check the BANN website for updates on our autumn conference.
• BANN will not accept any liability for personal injuries or for loss or damage to property belonging to the delegates, either during, or because of the conference.

Data Management

• The data that you submit when registering for a conference or registering for membership will be stored and used by BANN committee members for communication via email, or when applicable post. This communication will include information on membership benefits and future events.  BANN will ensure the communication is appropriate to BANN. You can opt out of this at any time by e-mail to bannconference2023@gmail.com. 
• When registering for a conference your name may be shared with external sponsors for evidence of attendance. Contact details will not be shared with any third parties.
• Presentations given at a BANN conference will not be shared via the conference website. Individuals are advised to contact the presenters for more information about their presentation if required.
